City Crafter Challenge Blog Week # 227 ~ I See Clearly

Hi Everyone! It's my turn to pick a theme this week and I thought a current trend would be fun!
So how about some vellum! It's been around forever and it's popularity come and goes, but it's back again and there is so much you can do with it! How about a vellum flower, or a card overlay? Use a paper crimper and crimp your vellum, you can emboss on vellum. There are lots of ways to use it, so come play and I can't wait to see what you create!

Week 227 ~ I See Clearly

(use acetate, vellum, glossy accents, translucent embossing paste, clear plastic etc)

Guest Designer

Please meet.......

Stella

Hello! I am Stella Schenkel and ilving in Groningen; located in the northern part of the Netherlands (Europe). Working at an insurance company, married with Marcel and mother of two grown up sons. I started cardmaking in 2006 and my style has changed a bit over the years. From attemps to create shabby cards I turned over to cards with a modern twist. And from time to time with an elegant accent.  I have a place in my heart for all shades of blue; from dark blue till aqua and pale blue. Stripes, polka dots, stars, sequins and twine are things that love to use on my cards/projects.

I want to thank the DT of CCCB for the opportunity to be a Guest Designer. It's a privilege and I hope you can find the time to play along! I am also sponsoring this challenge with a mini kit for Christmas cards/projects.The patterned paper is suitable for scandinavian cards, a shabby touch or as a start for a mixed media project. There is also silver cardstock and 8 white cards+ envelopes included.

What a lovely card Stella!
Please stop by Stella's blog, I am sure she would be thrilled to see you there!

No direct selling links are allowed here.
Please mention City Crafter Challenge Blog and provide a link back to us.
Please do not cross-promote event unrelated to City Crafter Challenge Blog.
Link your direct post of the challenge and not your entire blog.

We noted there a few entries that were not following the rules stated above the past few weeks, to save the precious time of our DT and be fair to other crafters who followed rules, we will now delete entries that trying to promote their products here at this challenge blog. The CCCB team work hard for the past few years to provide a playground for crafters all over the world, we brainstorm for a weekly theme, create to inspire other likewise crafters and spending time going around to leave encouraging comments, we do not want CCCB to become an advertising space for businesses to sell their products or gain exposure for your own challenge blog, if you are trying to promote your products, we strongly encourage you to be one of our sponsors, that way, you will gain exposure the right manner. Thank YOU!
