Please meet.....

Hello, my name is Samra Leshinski and I live in fabulous Las Vegas, NV USA with my loving husband Don, son Tarik, 3 dogs, 31 turtles and 9 mini dart frogs.  I work at Customer Care department of Water Company in Las Vegas. I have been making my own party invitations for several years now, (love to throw parties) but I consider card making my hobby for about over a year now. I ventured into actual blogging and participating in challenges since April of this year.
If I had to pick my favorite style that would definitely be Shabby Chic, but I try to have variety in my work. I also base my creation on a person that will be receiving my card; what are their interests, style and favorite colors. It makes me so happy to see big smile on someone’s face when they receive my handmade card. I make my own flowers for card embellishing, from daisies to roses and am still learning a lot about all the different ways to create textures and details on a project.
I know that my card making is not going to change the world, but spreading a little joy here and there is one small step that I can make.

I would like to thank City Crafter Challenge Blog for giving me this amazing opportunity to share my work with them. DT is so talented and it is my honor to be part of this amazing group for a week.

Adorable pumpkins Samra!
You gotta check out Samra's AMAZING blog!

Please meet....

Agnieszka (Laurkowa Kraina)

I 'm the teacher.  I teach English and French. I work at primary school this year. I draw and paint from an early childhood but it has always been a hobby. I discovered cardmaking two years ago while I was looking for some leisure activities on the Internet to do with my daughter. I thought that  cardmaking would be something that would allow me to boost my passion to higher level. And I'm in love with it.
It calms me down and I have the chance to spoil my family and friends with beautiful cards. Recently somebody has  ordered my cards for money, so maybe I will have a new job?

~ Agnieszka

I love the quote from Little Prince Agnieszka!
Please stop by Agnieszka's blog for more.

"Hello, I’m Carol (aka *c*) from Just me: c, joining you from my small town at the edge of the scenic Rocky Mountains in Alberta, Canada. My journey into cards began two years ago, when I decided to make and send Happy Month Old cards to my niece, who was 2 at the time (she’s now 4 ½ and my nephew 2 ½ - and yes, the card ‘tradition’ continues). The ‘mess’ of my first attempt sent me searching the internet for ideas; like many of us, that initial step and the discoveries revealed sparked a ‘passion’ and here I am, thoroughly immersed in crafting with paper, stamps, inks and dies. I’m honoured and delighted to share my diagonal-inspired card alongside the dazzling delights created by the incredibly talented City Crafters’ Challenge Blog team. Thank you for inviting me to join you

Such lovely card Carol!
Please stop by Carol's blog to say HELLO!
